All of the pushing force is fed into the lower horizontal beam. Polyurethane cushions protect the plows face from steel - on - steel abrasion and help prevent chipping.
The plow brackets and SnowKage hooks use a cam lock system to lock together while in use. Just rotate, and you're on!
The SnowKage frame carries a 2 year warranty
The powder coat process starts with sandblasting.
This step is crucial for durabiltiy and proper adhesion.
The next steps involve washing, epoxy primer, and topcoat.
Bolt on plow brackets are made for 3 plows. These are easy to attach, and do not stick out in front of the moldboard. Once the plow brackets are in place, you don't ever need to leave the cab to change over to snow pushing.
10" Wide snow catches conform to the moldboard of the plow and touch the pavement, capturing snow before it can pass through.
The side panels of the SnowKage are fully replaceable. In the event your side panel gets tweaked, these make it a quick, inexpensive fix.
