SnowStorm

- The Blade

SnowStorm Blade
SnowStorm Blade - Extreme Duty

The SnowStorm Blade is designed specifically to take the abuse from mid-sized wheel loaders. Even under down pressure. From the channel - reinforced moldboard, to the 1.75" 1045 greaseable King Pin, this plow is designed for the serious snow professional.

SnowStorm Blade - Trip Edge

The Blade features a 9” trip edge tripping back a full 90 deg. Hidden obstacles like curbs are hardly even felt by the operator.

SnowStorm Blade - Cutting Edges

Cutting edges have a standard "Highway punch" bolt pattern. They are not "custom" to our plow, so they are available at most cutting edge suppliers.

SnowStorm Blade - Oscillation

12 Degrees of free floating oscillation allows the cutting edge to follow the contour of the plowing surface.

SnowStorm Blade - Oscillation

Oscillation plate pivots on (6) 1” grade 8 bolts. The plate is mounted on the moldboard itself to reduce the effective strain while applying down pressure.

SnowStorm Blade - Angle Cyliders

(2) 3” bore hydraulic cylinders power the plow left and right 36 degrees.

SnowStorm Blade - Powder Coat

Steps in Powder Coating:

First, The Blade is thoroughly sandblasted. Sandblasting is crucial for maximum finish life. Second, seam sealer is applied to all unwelded joints to prevent rust pockets and rust streaks. Third, The Blade is washed, primed with epoxy primer and topcoated with a premium powder coat. Finally, the finish is baked on at 400+ degrees F. You can be sure; nothing is better.

SnowStorm Blade - Hydraulic Controls

The Kage System requires two sets of auxiliary hydraulics. If only one set is available from the loader, this optional electric over hydraulic may be used to operate the Hydro Clamps
