Kaydence Favre is the Marketing Assistant at KAGE Innovation where she writes blogs, designs graphics and logos and works with social media. She has working at KAGE for 4 years, spending the first 3 ½ years on the production floor performing duties in laser operation, assembly, shipping, research & development, photography and snowplow operation.

Kaydence has been quoted in publications such as Construction Equipment Guide.

She has also worked in the snow removal industry plowing snow outside of KAGE. Kaydence is currently in the process of earning certificates for both graphic design and professional photography.
