Kaydence Favre is an Administrative Assistant at KAGE Innovation. She has been a member of the KAGE family since May of 2019, spending the first 3 ½ years on the production floor performing duties in laser operation, assembly, shipping, research & development, photography and snowplow operation. She also spent 2 1/2 years as the marketing assistant at KAGE.

Kaydence holds certifications in graphic design and professional photography and has been quoted in publications such as Construction Equipment Guide.

She has also worked in the snow removal industry plowing snow outside of KAGE.

“My favorite part about working at KAGE is that it feels like family,” Kaydence says. “The leadership is great! The vision KAGE has is something that I want to help it get to.”

Kaydence has passions for photography and water sports.
