Dylan Gear-Silvey is the Shipping Manager at Kage Innovation, monitoring quality and quantity of anything entering and leaving the Kage facility. Dylan has worked with Kage for more than 5 years, spending a brief stint as a sandblaster before promoting to his current position. He also participates in assembly, grinding and plasma cutting.
A veteran of the US Army with college experience in criminal justice, Dylan served as a correctional officer and had 1 tour in South Korea. He was featured on Fox 4 Kansas City News and the Lansing State Journal in 2016 for stopping an armed robbery.
Dylan also spent a year in manufacturing before joining the Kage team.
In his spare time, he enjoys numerous outdoor activities, including sports, hiking and shooting guns. Dylan views the people at Kage as a 2nd family with a high level of trust.
