Kaydence Favre is the Marketing Assistant at KAGE Innovation where she designs graphics and logos and works with social media. She has working at KAGE for 5 years, spending the first 3 ½ years on the production floor performing duties in laser operation, assembly, shipping, research & development, photography and snowplow operation.

Kaydence holds certifications in graphic design and professional photography and has been quoted in publications such as Construction Equipment Guide.

She has also worked in the snow removal industry plowing snow outside of KAGE.

“My favorite part about working at KAGE is that it feels like family,” Kaydence says. “The leadership is great! The vision KAGE has is something that I want to help it get to.”

Kaydence has passions for photography and water sports.
