Pat Flanders grew up in Minnesota’s Twin Cities, and moved to rural Osceola, Wisconsin to accept a call in Bible camp ministry in 2003 – serving until 2017. He currently holds the position of Traction Facilitator and Personnel Coach.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. His previous experience includes 30 plus years of leadership and management roles in nonprofit, corporate, governmental and private business.
Pat has a vast history of community volunteer service in chamber of commerce, public sanitation, private school and church boards. He is currently engaged as an 18-year veteran of EMS as a medical First Responder. His passion is serving people in alignment with God’s scripture in I Peter 4:10.
