Hydraulic Wing Plow Built for Versatility

The KAGE SnowFire Wing is a versatile hydraulic wing snow plow built for professional snow removal. Two independently controlled wings let operators quickly switch between straight plowing, windrowing, pushing, scooping and back dragging. Its floating wing design maintains consistent cutting-edge contact, helping deliver a clean scrape across uneven pavement and along curbs.

Multiple center moldboard widths, cutting-edge options and mounting configurations make it adaptable to different machines, surfaces and snow conditions. Whether clearing parking lots, driveways, roadways or commercial properties, the SnowFire Wing combines the capabilities of an angle plow and snow pusher in one highly maneuverable attachment.

Designed for 5,000- to 15,000-pound machines, the SnowFire Wing is compatible with:

  • skid steers
  • compact track loaders
  • compact wheel loaders
  • compact tractors
  • telehandlers

Hydraulic Wing Plow for 5,000–15,000 lb Machines

Versatile SnowFire Wing Skid Steer Snow Plow

All-In-One Compact Hydraulic Wing Plow

Versatile SnowFire Wing Skid Steer Snow Plow

The KAGE SnowFire Wing combines the versatility of an angle plow, snow pusher and back drag plow into one attachment with independently controlled hydraulic wings. Go from windrowing to pushing, scooping, stacking or back dragging without leaving the cab or changing attachments.

Designed for skid steers, compact track loaders, compact wheel loaders, compact tractors and other machines in the 5,000- to 15,000-pound range, the 32-inch-tall SnowFire Wing gives operators the flexibility to tackle changing snow conditions, tight spaces and wide-open lots with one plow.

Floating & Oscillating Wing Skids

Setting a wing plow at exactly the right pitch can be challenging, especially when changing operators, machines or terrain. The SnowFire Wing helps take that challenge out of the equation with heel-to-toe floating and oscillating skids that allow each wing to adapt to the plowing surface.

Vertical movement at both the heel (8 inches) and toe (7.2 inches) helps the wing maintain consistent ground contact even when the plow is pitched slightly forward or backward. That helps reduce snow leakage beneath the wings while promoting more consistent cutting-edge pressure and even skid wear.

The floating design also helps when plowing along curbs. With the wings positioned forward, the skid can travel up and over the curb while allowing the cutting edge to continue scraping the street or gutter right up to the curb.

SnowFire Wing Flexible Snow Catch

Flexible Snow Catch

The SnowFire Wing’s floating skid needs room to move vertically as it follows the surface. KAGE uses a flexible rubber snow catch to close the area above the cutting edge while still allowing the skid and hydraulic wing to move as designed.

The result is a simple solution that helps keep snow contained inside the plow instead of leaving trails behind, without sacrificing the movement needed for the wing’s heel-to-toe float.

SnowFire Wing plow poly skid

Flexible Poly Wing Skids

Hydraulic wings add versatility, but they also operate in areas where curbs, raised pavement and other hidden obstacles are a reality. That’s why KAGE incorporates poly skid protection into the wings as well as trip in the center moldboard.

When a wing skid encounters an obstacle, such as a curb, the polyurethane material flexes to accommodate the obstacle without gouging or chipping surfaces such as concrete. It’s “breakaway” system can give way rather than transferring the full impact into the wing, plow, machine and operator. Combined with the optional poly cutting edge, it’s the gentlest wing plow on the market without sacrificing performance.

SnowFire Wing Plow Hinge Gap

Tight/Floating Wing Hinges

A wing hinge needs enough freedom for the wing to pivot through its operating range, but too much space between the wing and moldboard can create a path for snow to escape. KAGE designed the SnowFire Wing hinge to address both concerns.

The wings have the clearance necessary to pivot smoothly while being designed to pull tightly against the moldboard under working pressure. When pushing or back dragging, the forces created by the snow and plowing surface help close the gap between the wing and blade, reducing the “snail trails” that can be left behind by leaking snow.

SnowFire Wing 180 degree wing pivot

Infinitely Adjustable Hydraulic Wings

Why limit an operator to a handful of preset wing positions? Each SnowFire Wing hydraulically pivots through a full 180-degree range—from 90 degrees forward to 90 degrees backward—with no preset stopping points in between.

That means you can position the wings exactly where the job requires. Move them forward to contain snow like a pusher, pull them back for back dragging, stagger them for windrowing or adjust them anywhere in between for precise snow placement.

Better yet, the wings can be operated simultaneously or independently. Experienced operators can continuously adjust the shape of the plow on the fly as conditions change, rather than adapting their plowing technique to a limited selection of wing positions.

KAGE inline 3 button wing control mounted to Bobcat L255 joystick

Customizable Controls

More hydraulic movement doesn’t have to mean more complicated controls. Depending on the carrier, the SnowFire Wing can be controlled through several different options including KAGE’s flexible compact inline three-button control, foot control, or skid steer specific adaptor- giving operators intuitive command of both hydraulic wings.

The flexible inline button design makes the control easy to position directly on an existing machine joystick using simple zip ties or tape. That puts wing adjustment within easy reach without requiring a bulky aftermarket controller to take up valuable space inside the cab of your compact wheel loader or compact tractor.

Whether you’re moving one wing or both, transitioning from a windrow to a box, or changing positions for back dragging, the controls are right where you need them.

Swap out the 3-button control for a foot pedal option that controls each wing individually.

If you’re using a skid steer or compact track loader, KAGE even has adaptors that allow you to use the factor joystick to control the wings.

No matter if you want to control with your hands or feet, in a custom location or using standard machine controls, KAGE gives you the tools to operate the wings using the method you prefer.

SnowFire Wing Hydraulic Valve Cover

Protected Hydraulic Components

A hydraulic wing plow requires hoses, cylinders, valves and fittings to work together in some of the harshest conditions your equipment will encounter. Snow, ice, salt, moving components and hidden obstacles can all take their toll on an unprotected hydraulic system.

KAGE routes and protects the SnowFire Wing’s hydraulic components with serviceability in mind, reducing exposure to potential snags, pinches and cuts while keeping critical components accessible when maintenance is required.

The result is hydraulic wing functionality designed not only for versatility on the lot, but also for the demanding day-to-day realities of commercial snow removal.

Interchangeable Driver and Passenger Side SnowFire Wing PartsInterchangeable Wing Parts

KAGE designed the SnowFire Wing with parts commonality in mind to simplify maintenance and reduce the number of replacement components you need to keep on the shelf. The driver-side and passenger-side wings use the same service and replacement parts, eliminating the need to stock separate left- and right-hand versions of many components.

That commonality extends beyond the SnowFire Wing. Many wing components are also interchangeable with KAGE SnowStorm Wing and SnowDozer Wing plows, making parts inventory even easier for snow removal fleets running multiple KAGE wing plow series.

Fewer unique parts mean simpler inventory, easier ordering and a better chance of having the right replacement part on hand when downtime matters most.

One Plow. More Ways to Move Snow

The biggest advantage of hydraulic wings isn’t simply that they move—it’s how many different jobs they allow one plow to perform. Open the SnowFire Wing up to efficiently windrow snow across a lot. Bring both wings forward to contain more snow while pushing. Pull them back to reach snow along garage doors, loading docks and other areas that require back dragging. Or independently adjust each wing to control where the snow goes.

Combined with the SnowFire Wing’s angling center moldboard, heel-to-toe wing float and full 180-degree hydraulic wing movement, operators get a highly adaptable snow plow built to change configurations as quickly as the job changes.

SnowFire Wing Center Moldboard

Built Around a Heavy-Duty Snow Blade

The snow blade is the backbone of the SnowFire Series of plows. With that in mind, KAGE builds the SnowFire Wing moldboard to handle the impacts, vibration and demanding conditions that come with commercial snow removal.

The reinforced 7′, 8′, 9′, 10′ or 12′ moldboard provides the strength needed for pushing and stacking while maintaining the curved profile needed to efficiently roll snow. Keeping snow moving and rolling in front of the moldboard helps reduce drag rather than simply forcing a wall of snow across the pavement.

High-strength steel construction provides the durability needed for repeated commercial use, while KAGE’s baked-on powder coat and primer help protect steel components against snow, moisture and corrosive deicing materials.

The familiar KAGE blue-and-black finish completes a snow blade designed to work as hard as the skid steers, compact track loaders, compact wheel loaders and tractors carrying it.

SnowFire Wing Snow Plow Trip Edge

Trip Edge

Hidden curbs, manhole covers, raised pavement and other obstacles are a fact of life when plowing snow. The SnowFire Wing incorporates trip-edge protection into the center moldboard to help protect the plow, machine and operator when the cutting edge encounters an unexpected obstruction.

Compression springs hold the cutting edge firmly in its working position during normal plowing. When sufficient force is encountered, the cutting edge trips backward to help clear the obstacle rather than transferring the entire impact through the moldboard and carrier. Once the obstacle has been cleared, the compression springs return the cutting edge to its working position.

For 7′, 8′ and 9′ moldboard the, SnowFire Wing offers a single trip edge. However, 10′ and 12′ center blades are equipped with a split trip edge – meaning the cutting edge trips in two separate sections to reduce twisting and snow loss.

SnowFire Wing Windrow Tractor

Hydraulic Angling System

Hydraulic wings aren’t the only thing that moves on the SnowFire Wing. The center moldboard hydraulically angles up to 35 degrees left or right, giving operators the windrowing capability of an angle plow in addition to the versatility provided by the independently adjustable wings.

Combining moldboard angle with hydraulic wing positioning gives the operator tremendous control over snow. Angle the moldboard and position the wings for windrowing, bring the wings forward to contain snow, pull them backward for back dragging or combine different blade and wing angles for the situation in front of you.

KAGE also protects the hydraulic system with crossover relief valves. The moldboard crossover relief protects the blade’s hydraulic angle system, while a separate crossover relief protects the hydraulic wings. These relief settings can be adjusted in the field when necessary.

SnowFire Wing LBK Float

Floating Attachment

A snow plow needs the freedom to follow the ground independently of the machine carrying it. The SnowFire Wing’s floating attachment system allows the plow to travel vertically as the machine crosses humps, dips and other changes in the plowing surface.

Instead of constantly adjusting the loader arms to compensate for every change in elevation, the operator can allow the plow to float and concentrate more attention on driving, wing positioning and moving snow.

When positive down pressure is needed, the attachment can be tipped forward to reach the end of its available float and transfer pressure into the plow.

KAGE SnowFire Wing float between the machine and the moldboard can come in multiple forms, including a floating pivot frame for machines utilized a skid steer attachment plate and a floating quick attach for wheel loaders using other forms of quick couplers.

SnowFire Wing Compact Tractor Hitch

Compact Tractor Hitch Options

The versatility of the SnowFire Wing isn’t limited to skid steers and compact loaders. The plow can also be configured for compatible compact tractors, including applications utilizing the KAGE Under-Hitch direct-hitch attachment system.

The KAGE Under-Hitch moves the attachment point from the tractor’s loader arms to a dedicated front-mounted undercarriage, giving compatible tractors a purpose-built connection for snow removal attachments. The Under-Hitch offers both the direct-hitch attachment, which brings the plow closer to the machine for increase stability, or a front 3-point hitch with lift arms that increase stacking ability.

With multiple mounting configurations available, the SnowFire Wing can bring hydraulic wing-plow versatility to skid steers, compact track loaders, compact wheel loaders, compact tractors, telehandlers and other appropriately sized carriers.

SnowFire Wing Moldboard Oscillation

Plow Oscillation

Parking lots and roadways may look flat from the cab, but crowns, transitions and uneven pavement can quickly cause one end of a rigid plow to lift away from the surface. The SnowFire Wing allows the center moldboard to oscillate up to 6 degrees in each direction to help the cutting edge follow those changing contours.

Because that oscillation occurs at the plow, it continues working as the moldboard is hydraulically angled. Whether you’re plowing straight ahead or windrowing with the blade angled, the SnowFire Wing can adapt side-to-side to changing terrain.

Combine moldboard oscillation with the heel-to-toe float built into the wing skids and the SnowFire Wing has multiple ways to maintain contact with an imperfect plowing surface.

SnowFire Wing High Highway Punch High Carbon Cutting Edge

Highway Punch Cutting Edges

The SnowFire Wing gives you choices when it comes to the cutting edge that actually meets the pavement. Its cutting-edge mounting pattern allows operators to select different materials (and aftermarket cutting edges) based on the surface, snow conditions, desired scraping performance and cutting edge accessibility/availability.

The standard cutting edge is made of high carbon steel. However, KAGE also offers a polyurethane cutting edge and Sectional Hardox and Carbide cutting edges for the SnowFire Wing plow.

That flexibility makes it possible to configure the same SnowFire Wing differently for different applications rather than forcing every contractor to use the same cutting-edge setup. Whether you’re prioritizing aggressive scraping, wear life or protection of sensitive surfaces, there’s an edge option to match the job.

SnowFire Wing W Hardox AdvantEDGE

AdvantEDGE Contouring Cutting Edge

For an even cleaner scrape over uneven pavement, equip the SnowFire Wing center moldboard with the AdvantEDGE Cutting Edge System.

Unlike a conventional rigid cutting edge, AdvantEDGE uses independently moving sections to follow variations in the plowing surface. Individual sections can react to wheel depressions, pavement crowns and protruding obstacles such as manhole covers instead of requiring the entire cutting edge to move as one rigid piece.

The spring-loaded design maintains more consistent contact and pressure across uneven pavement, helping reduce missed snow, uneven cutting-edge wear and scraping noise. AdvantEDGE options also allow operators to select cutting-edge materials such as Hardox or carbide based on the desired combination of scraping performance and wear life.

SnowFire Wing Poly Case Skid Steer

Polyurethane Cutting Edge

For properties where protecting the plowing surface takes priority over the most aggressive possible scrape, the SnowFire Wing can be equipped with a polyurethane cutting edge.

Poly provides a more forgiving contact surface for decorative concrete, pavers, parking structures and other areas where scratching, gouging or rust marks from a steel cutting edge are a concern. Its flexibility can also provide more of a squeegee effect when clearing wet snow and slush.

Pair the polyurethane cutting edge with the SnowFire Wing’s poly wing skids for a full-poly contact setup, allowing the primary wear surfaces contacting the property to be polyurethane rather than steel.

Built to Follow the Surface

A powerful hydraulic wing system is only as effective as the snow blade supporting it. That’s why the SnowFire Wing combines hydraulic moldboard angling, trip protection, plow oscillation, float and multiple cutting-edge options into the foundation of the plow.

Add the independent 180-degree hydraulic wings and their heel-to-toe floating skids, and the SnowFire Wing can adapt both its shape and its ground contact as conditions change—giving operators one plow for windrowing, pushing, stacking, scooping and back dragging.

Pivot Frames & Attachment Options

One of the biggest advantages of the KAGE SnowFire Wing is that it isn’t limited to one type of machine. Designed for equipment in the 5,000- to 15,000-pound range, the SnowFire Wing can be configured for skid steers, compact track loaders, compact wheel loaders, compact tractors, telehandlers and other compatible carriers.

KAGE accomplishes this with different pivot frames and attachment options that allow you to match the plow to the machine instead of forcing every machine to use the same mounting system.

SnowFire Wing SBK Pivot Frame

SBK Skid Steer Pivot Frame

The SBK configuration is designed around the universal skid steer attachment system commonly found on skid steers and compact track loaders. It provides a simple, rigid connection between the carrier and SnowFire Wing while allowing the plow’s own oscillation and wing float to follow changing terrain.

This makes the SBK a natural choice for skid steers and compact track loaders, where the universal skid steer quick attach provides a straightforward connection without requiring an additional machine-specific coupler.

The compact design also keeps the plow relatively close to the machine, helping maintain maneuverability when working around parking stalls, buildings, loading docks and other confined areas.

SnowFire Wing tbk pivot frame

TBK Tractor Pivot Frame

The TBK configuration is designed specifically for compact tractor applications, giving operators another way to put the SnowFire Wing’s hydraulic versatility to work without relying on a skid steer or loader.

The tractor pivot-frame configuration can be paired with the KAGE Under-Hitch direct hitch mounting system. This provides a dedicated front snow-plow connection while keeping the SnowFire Wing positioned appropriately in front of the tractor and supported by a dedicated undercarriage.

For contractors, municipalities and property owners already using tractors year-round, the TBK provides a way to turn that existing power unit into a highly versatile winter snow-removal machine. This is the best option for smaller weight compact tractors.

LBK Floating Loader Pivot Frame

The LBK is designed for compact wheel loaders, telehandlers and other compatible loaders – most commonly those that use a skid steer-style attachment plate on the loader arms.

Unlike the rigid SBK skid steer configuration, the LBK incorporates float into the pivot frame, allowing the SnowFire Wing to move vertically as the carrier travels across humps, dips and uneven pavement. This helps the plow maintain more consistent ground contact without requiring the operator to continually adjust the loader arms.

The key difference is that the LBK still connects to the carrier through a skid steer attachment plate. This makes it a great option for compact wheel loaders and other machines equipped with a universal skid steer-style coupler while providing the added float that is beneficial on loader applications.

When positive down pressure is needed for back dragging or more aggressive scraping, the operator can tip the attachment forward until the float reaches the end of its travel and transfers pressure into the plow.

Hydraulic Pin-and-Hook Wheel Loader Quick Attaches

For wheel loaders equipped with manufacturer-specific hydraulic pin-and-hook couplers, KAGE offers dedicated quick attach options on its LBK pivot frame that connect the SnowFire Wing directly to the machine’s existing coupler system.

These wheel loader quick attaches do not rely on a universal skid steer attachment plate. Instead, they are designed around the specific hook, pin and hydraulic locking geometry used by different loader manufacturers and coupler systems.

This allows operators to connect and disconnect the SnowFire Wing using the same hydraulic quick-coupler system they already use for buckets, forks and other wheel loader attachments.

Because pin-and-hook coupler dimensions vary by manufacturer, model and even machine configuration, the proper quick attach must be matched to the specific loader. KAGE offers multiple wheel loader quick attach configurations to accommodate many of the common coupler systems used on compact and mid-sized loaders.

SnowFire KS3P

KS3P 3-Point Hitch

The KS3P provides a compact connection for tractors equipped with a compatible Category II front 3-point hitch. It keeps the SnowFire Wing close to the tractor while providing the range of movement needed for commercial snow removal. With the 3-point lift arms, it provides greater stacking capabilities and more reach than direct-hitch tractor mounts.

The KS3P can be used with a compatible front-mounted Category II 3-point hitch, including the KAGE Under-Hitch Tractor Undercarriage.

This configuration is particularly useful for operators who want the maneuverability and visibility of a front-mounted tractor snow plow while retaining the hydraulic angling and independently adjustable wings of the SnowFire Wing.

Choosing the Right SnowFire Wing Mount

The best SnowFire Wing configuration depends primarily on the carrier and coupler system you plan to use. Rather than treating the mounting system as an afterthought, KAGE offers purpose-built configurations to help the plow perform properly on different types of equipment.

Configuration Best Suited For Attachment Style
SBK Skid steers & compact track loaders Universal skid steer quick attach
TBK Compact tractors Tractor/direct-hitch applications
LBK Compact wheel loaders, telehandlers & loaders with skid steer-style couplers Floating pivot frame with skid steer attachment plate
KS3P Compact tractors Category II 3-point hitch
Wheel Loader Quick Attach Wheel loaders with hydraulic pin-and-hook couplers Brand- and coupler-specific hook-and-pin quick attach

The difference between the LBK and Wheel Loader Quick Attach is important. The LBK is intended for loader-type machines that connect through a skid steer attachment plate, while the Wheel Loader Quick Attach is built around the machine’s existing manufacturer-specific hydraulic pin-and-hook coupler.

That gives operators the ability to choose the connection that matches the machine they already own rather than adapting the machine around the plow.

SnowFire Wing Bobcat Loader

SnowFire Wing Sizes/Width

The SnowFire Wing combines multiple center moldboard widths with 3-foot hydraulic wings to provide a wide range of working widths. Center moldboards are available in 7-, 8-, 9-, 10- and 12-foot widths, allowing the plow to be sized appropriately for everything from compact carriers to machines approaching the upper end of the SnowFire’s 5,000- to 15,000-pound equipment range.

Because each wing can pivot through a full 180-degree range—from 90 degrees forward to 90 degrees backward—the working width changes depending on how the wings are positioned. Pull them in for tighter areas, push them forward to contain snow, extend them outward to cover more ground or independently position each wing for windrowing and specialized snow placement.

Depending on center moldboard size and wing position, the SnowFire Wing can span from approximately 7 feet at its narrowest configuration to more than 18 feet at maximum width. That adjustable footprint allows the same plow to work through confined areas and then open up to cover considerably more ground when space allows. (With a 7-foot center, the SnowFire can stay within the legal road width of 102 inches.

That combination of multiple moldboard sizes, infinitely adjustable hydraulic wings and multiple carrier attachment systems is what makes the SnowFire Wing more than simply a skid steer wing plow—it’s a configurable snow-removal platform for a wide range of compact equipment.

Carbide Cutting Edge Life Extender

Carbide Edge Extenders

Optional Carbide Edge Extenders can be bolted onto the SnowFire Wing’s center cutting edge to help increase the service life of standard high-carbon steel cutting edges.

By placing highly wear-resistant carbide at high-wear locations, the extenders help protect the cutting edge from premature wear—an especially useful upgrade for commercial operators putting significant hours on their plow throughout the winter.

SnowFire Wing AdvantEDGE Hardox rendering

AdvantEDGE Sectional Cutting Edge

Upgrade the SnowFire Wing center moldboard with the AdvantEDGE Cutting Edge System for improved scraping performance over uneven pavement.

AdvantEDGE uses independently moving, spring-loaded sections that float and oscillate to follow wheel depressions, crowns and other variations in the plowing surface. Instead of requiring one rigid cutting edge to bridge those low spots, the individual sections maintain more consistent ground contact and pressure.

Choose between Hardox steel and carbide AdvantEDGE sections depending on the desired combination of aggressive scraping performance and cutting-edge wear life.

8000 Series Underhitch ProfileUnder-Hitch Tractor Undercarriage

Turn a compatible compact tractor into a dedicated SnowFire Wing carrier with the KAGE Under-Hitch.

The Under-Hitch is a front-mounted tractor undercarriage designed to provide a dedicated attachment point for KAGE snow-removal equipment. The Under-Hitch can provide the appropriate connection for mounting the plow to the front of the tractor without relying on the tractor’s loader arms.

Keeping the SnowFire Wing attached directly to the tractor undercarriage can provide a compact, purpose-built snow-removal setup while leaving the tractor’s loader arms out of the equation.

SnowStorm Wing Foot Pedal Control

Foot Pedal Wing Control

Choose the optional foot pedal control to operate the SnowFire Wing’s hydraulic wings while keeping your hands focused on steering and operating the machine.

The foot pedal provides an alternative to hand-operated wing controls and can be especially useful for operators who already have multiple functions assigned to the machine’s joysticks.

With independently adjustable hydraulic wings capable of moving through a full 180-degree range, having an intuitive control setup can make it easier to continuously change plow configurations as you move around a property.

bobcat adaptorSkid Steer Control Adaptors

For compatible skid steers and compact track loaders, KAGE offers brand-specific control adaptors that allow the SnowFire Wing to plug directly into the machine and utilize the factory joystick controls.

Instead of adding a separate hand control inside the cab, the adaptor integrates the SnowFire Wing’s hydraulic wing functions with the controls the operator already uses every day. This can provide a cleaner cab setup and make wing operation feel more natural and intuitive.

Because electrical and control systems vary between equipment manufacturers, each adaptor is designed for specific skid steer brands and compatible machine configurations. Be sure to match the adaptor to the make and model of the carrier when ordering.

For machines that are not compatible with a factory-joystick adaptor, KAGE also offers alternatives such as the inline 3-button control and optional foot pedal control.

Versatile SnowFire Wing Skid Steer Snow Plow

Polyurethane Cutting Edge

For a gentler scrape on sensitive or decorative surfaces, equip the SnowFire Wing with a polyurethane cutting edge.

Polyurethane provides a more forgiving contact surface than steel, helping reduce concerns about scratches, gouges and rust marks on surfaces such as decorative concrete, pavers and parking structures. Its flexibility can also provide more of a squeegee effect when clearing wet snow and slush.

Combine the polyurethane cutting edge with the SnowFire Wing’s polyurethane wing skids for a full-poly contact setup that keeps steel wear surfaces off the property being cleared. The SnowFire Wing supports poly cutting-edge configurations, while polyurethane skids are part of its surface-following wing design.

SnowFire Increased Tension Trip SpringIncreased Tension Trip Springs

For applications where operators want additional resistance before the cutting edge trips, increased-tension trip springs are available as an optional SnowFire configuration.

The heavier spring setup can be useful when aggressively scraping hard pack or operating in conditions where additional trip-edge resistance is preferred. The trip system still provides obstacle protection while allowing the plow to be configured around the demands of the property and snow conditions.

SnowFire Wing Cutting Edges

Cutting Edge Options for the Job

There isn’t one cutting edge that is ideal for every property or every storm. That’s why the SnowFire Wing can be configured with multiple cutting-edge materials, allowing contractors to tailor the plow to their conditions.

High-carbon steel provides an aggressive, traditional scraping setup. Hardox and carbide options are suited to demanding commercial applications where aggressive scraping and wear life are priorities. Polyurethane provides a gentler, more flexible option for sensitive surfaces and wet conditions. AdvantEDGE takes surface following a step further with independently moving sections.

The ability to choose between these configurations means the SnowFire Wing can be set up differently for icy Midwest parking lots, sensitive decorative surfaces, wet coastal snow or high-hour commercial routes rather than forcing every operator into the same cutting-edge package.

Build Your SnowFire Wing Around Your Operation

The SnowFire Wing is designed as a configurable snow-removal platform, not a one-size-fits-all attachment. Cutting-edge upgrades, control options, tractor mounting systems and wear-protection accessories allow contractors to build the plow around their equipment, properties and snow conditions.

Whether your priority is longer cutting-edge life, cleaner scraping, protecting sensitive surfaces, improving operator control or mounting the SnowFire Wing to a tractor, available options let you tailor the plow to the work you actually perform.
