Land preparation, regardless of purpose, requires certain types of equipment. A leveling bar is ideal if those purposes are leveling a race track, ball field, driveway, and more.
Kage Innovation’s Quick Rip GreatER Leveling Bar has made land leveling much more effortless, less stressful, and more effective.
What is a Leveling Bar?

What is the Quick Rip GreatER Leveling Bar?
Kage Innovation’s Quick Rip GreatER Bar is not your regular grading bar. It contains a mechanically activated section called the Quick Rip Bar. The Quick Rip Bar reduces the chances of encountering hydraulic failures or problems during work.
The teeth of the Quick Rip GreatER Leveling Bar automatically retract when in reverse mode, allowing the operator to reverse without worrying about the teeth picking up debris along the way. There is also a hook on the bar that operators can use to carry a bucket from job to job.
The mechanical components of the Quick Rip GreatER Leveling Bar are made of HARDOX™ steel. HARDOX™ steel is one of the most durable in the world, and it assures longer wear life and durability.
The Quick Rip GreatER Leveling Bar comes in four models. They are:
- GBT72: The GBT72 weighs 932 lbs and comprises a 72-inch Quick Rip Bar.
- GBT84: The GBT84 model weighs 1032 lbs and comprises an 84-inch Quick Rip Bar.
- GB72: The GB72 model is 72 inches and weighs 822 lbs. However, it does not come with the Quick Rip Bar.
- GB84: The GB84 model is 84 inches and weighs 922 lbs. It also does not come with the Quick Rip Bar.
The GBT72 and GBT84 models offer 2.5 inches of adjustment to the Ripper Bar height. Overall, the Quick Rip GreatER Leveling Bar has an overbuilt design, allowing you value and functionality.
Why Do I Need a Leveling Bar?
A construction grader is necessary to prepare the ground for landscape features. With a leveling bar, you directly attach it to a skid steer and start working.
A leveling bar will handle every task a construction grader can. Kage Innovation’s Quick Rip GreatER Leveling Bar offers more value at less expense than a regular construction grader.
The Quick Rip GreatER Leveling Bar: What is the Difference?
There are other grader bars on the market, but the Quick Rip GreatER Leveling Bar has features that make it stand out. These features include:
- Mechanically Activated Ripper Bar: The mechanical ripper bar can automatically be activated. The Ripper Bar is activated from inside the cab, without hydraulics! This means you can switch from the GreatER bar to your bucket without getting out to couple hydraulic hoses!
- Spring-Loaded Ripper Bar: The Spring-Loaded Ripper Bar comes with automatic reverse-floating teeth. The ripper bar will automatically withdraw in reverse mode and return to digging when moving forward.
- HARDOX™ Latching Mechanism: HARDOX steel is one of the most durable in the world. It lasts longer than standard high-carbon steel, giving you longer wear life and more durability.
- Adjustable Foot to Optimize Latch: An adjustable foot is needed to optimize the latching mechanism’s ease. This feature allows an operator to choose the necessary force to activate the latch. This adjustable foot allows the operator to customize the latching to their preference or to different machines.
Other Leveling Bar Features
- Replaceable Bolt-On Cutting Edge: This feature makes it easy to replace cutting edges. It involves using a replaceable bolt-on edge slanted on both sides for better grading.
- Heavy-Duty Corner Gussets: Talk about strength and durability. The use of gussets in many parts of the GreatER Bar ensures the GreatER Bar can take a beating without giving up.
- Large Safety Steps: Because of the giant safety step of the GreatER Bar, getting in and out of the machine is safe and easy.
- Bucket Holder Klaw: Operators commonly switch from grader to bucket when grading. With the GreatER Bar, operators can carry both to a worksite.
- Scarifier Teeth: The Quick Rip Teeth allows operators to break up hard packs, potholes, etc., with ease. After ripping the ground, the operator immediately grades. This ease relies on the all-in-1 grader system.
- 1/2 inch Attachment Plate Top Bar: Operators can confidently do their job without breaking an attachment plate because of the reinforced heavy-duty attachment plate.
Kage Innovation Quick Rip GreatER Bar is the brainchild of revolutionary technological advancements. It is durable, capable, and affordable.
