The 360 Mower Sulky Model

360 Model Features
The Wheel Kaddy 360 is equipped with everything a walk behind mower operator needs to make their work fast, easy and efficient! This high durability mower sulky has a 360-degree pivot, suspension, oscillation, a 3-piece wheel assembly, a grade 50 steel platform, a quick release yoke mount, tapered roller bearings, greaseable pivots, and adjustable pitch. Each of these features are key when it comes to keeping mower operators happy, and efficient.
360 Degree Pivot Action
The Wheel Kaddy 360 model rotates 360 degrees. This helps operators when they must back up the mower to stop jackknifing, frustration, and ripped up turf. This makes the sulky easy to use and helps save you time and money. It is especially great for when you need to hop off the sulky to guide the mower back and forth under low-hanging tree branches.
Suspension
KAGE has equipped the sulky with a compression spring suspension. This helps keep operator fatigue and discomfort to a minimum. Spending hours on a sulky every week can cause a lot of body pain, by adding suspension to the mower attachment, the Wheel Kaddy 360 helps eliminate that! Adding suspension also virtually eliminates uneven cuts due to the operator bouncing on the uneven terrain and lifting the deck.
Oscillation
To prevent the operator from running a ground, tearing up turf, or falling off the commercial mower sulky, KAGE equipped each sulky with 20.25 degrees of oscillation. This comes in especially handy when mowing uneven surfaces that have steep slopes, such as ditches or decorative landscape islands.
3-piece Wheel Assembly
To make it quick and easy to fix or replace your tires on the fly, KAGE readied its sulky for mowers with 3-piece wheel assemblies. This allows you to replace a popped tire right in the field! No need to run back to the shop or keep an extra lawn mower sulky on hand!
High Grade Steel Platform
The KAGE Wheel Kaddy platform is made with high quality and durable steel. This grade 50 steel platform is ergonomically designed to make the ride more comfortable for the operator. The platform is equipped with drainage holes an easy mounting system for trailering and a form mid seam to get the operator good footing on side hills and slanted terrain.
Quick Release Mount
Built with a quick release mount, KAGE has made it easy to switch Kaddies between mowers. No need to get out the toolbox, just press the button on the yoke and hook it up to the next mower! Note: Some adjustments may be desired for proper pitch if the mowers are not the same height.
Tapered Roller Bearings
The tapered roller bearing is a high-quality, long-lasting component of the KAGE Wheel Kaddy system. These are designed to give you the longest life out of each bearing. KAGE uses the same technology often used in trailers, which are designed to last for many years, on its sulky system so that you can run your commercial mower sulky for many miles without replacing them. These also provide greater stability than the typical roller bearing most other sulkies use, that wear out almost instantly and never seem to break in or ride smoothly.
Greaseable
To increase the life of your 2-wheel mower sulky and to keep everything in prime working condition, we added grease zerks to the moving components of the Wheel Kaddy arm. Keeping everything greased will extend the life of your equipment and make it the most comfortable to use!
Pitch Adjustment
Each mower is a little different and it is important that you are riding level to minimize operator fatigue and discomfort. KAGE offers and easily adjustable pitch to give you the best mowing experience the Wheel Kaddy provides!
The 500 Mower Sulky Model
The Wheel Kaddy 500 is the best mower sulky for operators that want to get the most out of their sulky without needing the 360-degree rotation. This sulky has suspension, almost 360-degree rotation, large tires, long lasting components, ergonomic design, and more to help you save time and money!
500 Model Features
Oscillation
The Wheel Kaddy 500 is equipped with 20.25-degree oscillation. This comes in handy when you are mowing on uneven surfaces and need to avoid tearing up turf or stepping off the sulky. This allows you to ride with the contours of the terrain and remain comfortable.
Suspension
Spending all day on a mower sounds like fun until your body starts to ache from jarring around, and the next morning you can hardly get out of bed. KAGE added suspension to its sulky to minimize the amount of stress mowing has on your body. Another benefit of the suspension is an even cut across the turf. By virtually eliminating operator bouncing that is transferred to the deck, to makes for an even and professional-looking job well done.
Rotation
The Wheel Kaddy 500 rotates almost 360 degrees. This allows you to keep your hands on the mower and ride as if you were a part of it. It also prevents ripping up the turf when circling around landscape decorations.
3-piece Wheel Kit
The 3-piece wheel kit is designed to make it easy for you and minimize down time. If you pop a tire or something goes wrong with the innerworkings on the wheel, you can easily pop them off and fix what you need to. Most of the time you don’t even need a toolbox!
Grade 50 Steel Platform
The Wheel Kaddy platform is designed for the ergonomic use of the operator. Formed with high-quality grade 50 steel, this platform has drainage holes and a lifted center form to give the operator better footing when riding parallel to a steep slope or ditch.
Quick Release Yoke Mount
KAGE’s quick release yoke mount is there to make it easy for you to take your Wheel Kaddy attachment on and off. By the push of a button you can have the two-wheel mower sulky off one mower and onto another in no time – without tools.
Tapered Roller Bearings
Using the technology used in most trailers, the KAGE Wheel Kaddy is equipped with tapered roller bearings. Trailers are designed to last years and many miles before they need maintenance. We decided to use this to our advantage and make our tires the same way!
Greaseable
KAGE has made it easy to keep your equipment is prime condition. We added multiple grease zerks to the moving components of the trailer sulky arm to make greasing easy! This helps keep your equipment in the field and out of the shop!
Pitch Adjustment
For operator ease and comfort, the 500 has easily customizable pitch adjustment. Adjusting the pitch is an easy one and done deal, unless you switch mower models.
Maximum Clearance Tire Height
KAGE uses extra tall tires to keep the platform from scrapping the ground and getting damage or tearing up the turf costing you more time and money.
The 250 Mower Sulky Model
KAGE’s most eco-friendly model is the 250. This model takes most of the features and benefits of the 500 model minus the suspension. This model is great for operators that don’t want or need suspension in their sulky, but still want the longevity and durability of the KAGE name.
250 Model Features
Oscillation
To make it easy for the operator to ride along slopes and ditches, the 250 model has built in oscillation! This helps prevent damage to the turf saving you time and money!
Rotation
The 250 model has almost 360-degrees of rotation (limited only by the arm). This helps you as the operator to stay in control of your machine without having to strain for the controls. It also helps you to back up the mower without tearing up the turf.
3-piece Wheel
Equipping our sulky for lawn mowers with the three-piece wheel setup makes it fast and easy for you to repair a popped tire or worn bearing! You may not even need your tool bag!
High Quality Grade 50 Steel Platform
KAGE is the only manufacturer to take into consideration the operators foot placement comfort. We added a formed crown in the middle of the platform. What this does it provide a comfortable placement for the operator to put their feet when riding on uneven lateral surfaces and slopes.
Quick Release Yoke
We want to help you save time and money and going back to your truck to grab your tool kit or taking the mower back to the shop just to switch the Wheel Kaddy was not an option we wanted to condone. We equip our Wheel Kaddies with a quick release yoke. This means that all you have to do is push a button to release the sulky and clip it onto the next mower.
Tapered Roller Bearings
KAGE desires for you to be in the field mowing grass as much as possible when you are using our commercial mower sulky. This is why we added tapered roller bearings to our Wheel Kaddies. These are strong and built to last for miles, minimizing the amount of time taken to replace the roller bearing other sulkies use that rarely last a whole season.
Greaseable
The 250 model has a grease zerk that allows you to easily keep the moving components on the Wheel Kaddy system in their prime condition!
Adjustable Pitch
To adapt to any mower, the KAGE Wheel Kaddy has adjustable pitch so that you can position it in the most comfortable position!
Maximum Clearance Tires
The 250 model is also equipped with large tires. This keeps the platform off the ground, preventing damage to the turf or the Wheel Kaddy itself.

The ExMark mounting option is specifically designed for ExMark walk behind mowers.
