Lately, Kage Innovation has had a positive effect on the community. From being involved with Plowing Vets to getting noticed at the 2016 Snow and Ice Management trade show in RI and the GIE trade show in KY, it has been a successful year!
Plowing Vets is a mission to give back to those who protect our communities – whether serving as military, law enforcement, EMS, or firefighter. They provide free snow removal for residential driveways or veteran owned small businesses in the St. Cloud, Minnesota area. Nate Chapman is a proud veteran and family man from St. Cloud Minnesota. Through many years of deployments in direct support of the war on terror, my family has received tremendous support from our local community of veterans and law enforcement – and it is a personal goal of mine to give back to the community that has been there so much for my family.

In this video and article, you will see the importance of Kage’s unique pivot frame and king pin. These two features are the critical link between the machine and moldboard of the plow! Not every snow plow has a pivot frame or king pin. Many snow plows use the common, “A” frame technology, which is coupled to the moldboard with a small clevis pin. This “A” frame design, when affixed to the front of a skidsteer, presents many problems; sloppiness in and around the king pin area, breakage of the clevis pins, and wear and tear on the ends of your cylinders, to name a few.
